There are many different reasons why people want to increase their vertical jump. Some people want to learn how to jump higher, just to impress friends, others want to in order to perform better in sports. Whatever the reason is, the techniques will always be the same. All you have to do is learn how to follow these tricks and tactics and you'll be flying through the air in no time. You'll be surprised at the kind of results that you can see.

1st. The first thing you'll need to do is go on a diet. Not just any diet, but a good diet to help you build muscle. In order to jump higher you're going to need to build some more muscle, and you can only do that if you are on a good diet. You also will want to find a diet that will help you decrease the fat on your body, so that you can decrease your body fat percentage.

2nd. In order to see results you need to start going to the gym. You need to start focusing on building larger leg muscles, and on a strong core. The leg and core muscles are key to your jumping abilities.

3rd. You want to get on a good plyometrcis training program. Plyometrics is designed to help people with their vertical jumps. It is also known as jump training. This is why plyometrics is so effective, it is literally designed to get you results. Find a good program and stick to it.

4th. If you want to see great results, you need to be focused and dedicated. You need to focus on the task at hand, make sure that every jump counts. By just being focused and concentrated you can see huge changes in your jumps.
